I have been a dancer and an adult learning specialist for over 10 years. Today, my mission is to guide women to explore and embody their sensuality through movement. Since launching my business in 2025, more than 300 women have already experienced this journey by my side, in a space that is intimate, respectful, and deeply liberating.Danseuse et formatrice d'adultes depuis plus de 10 ans, j'accompagne les femmes à explorer et incarner leur sensualité à travers le mouvement. Depuis l'ouverture de mon entreprise en 2025, plus de 300 femmes ont vécu cette expérience à mes côtés, dans un espace intime, respectueux et profondément libérateur.
Drawing on my background in adult education and my training in various approaches to sensual movement, including in London and through the American S-Factor method, I have developed a practice that blends presence, sensuality, and confidence.Grâce à mon expérience de formatrice et à mes formations dans différentes approches du mouvement sensuel, notamment à Londres et à la méthode américaine S-Factor, j'ai développé une pratique qui mêle présence, sensualité et confiance.
A sailor for the past 5 years, both in cruising and regattas, I have explored seas and lakes and experienced the unique sense of freedom that comes with the wind in the sails. On the water, just like on the dance floor, it's about listening to your body, surrendering to the movement, and daring to let go.Navigatrice depuis 5 ans, en croisière comme en régate, j'ai parcouru mers et lacs et je connais cette sensation unique de liberté que procure le vent dans les voiles. Sur l'eau comme sur un dancefloor, il faut écouter son corps, s'abandonner au mouvement et oser se laisser porter.
